duty to respond `promptly' or no later than 20 working days, which in this

on 6th August 2010 concerning copies of all written (electronic and
paper) agreements (contracts and e-mails) which indicate and /or approve a
discounted chargeable rate between the Local Authority Land Charges office
for compiled local search reports and the National Land Information
Service (NLIS) which is now known as Land Data.
I enclose for your attention, the following information.
We do not hold copies of written (electronic and paper) agrreements
(contracts and e-mails) which indicate and/or approve a discounted
chargeable rate between the Local Authority Land Charges office for
compiled local search reports and the National Land Information Service
(NLIS) which is now known as Land Data.
There is a difference in fees for a standard Local Authority search (LLC1
& Con29R) which is £2.00 per document, charged for priniting and postage,
a total of £4.00. The £4.00 saving is offered to all customers who
request an electronic search response. For full details of Local Land

If you are dissatisfied with the service you have received in relation to
your request and wish to make a complaint or request a review, you should
