Dear Christian

Thank you for your request made under the Freedom of Information Act
2000 on 14 August 2009.

We would like you to clarify your item 2) below, where you say "A list
of written documents (including emails) sent by The Local Government
Association (LGA) and Communities and Local Government (CLG)".

Are you asking for all documents sent by both organisations (presumably
to other unnamed organisations), or did you mean to say "sent by the LGA
TO THE CLG"?

We will process your request in due course, but should you need to query
anything further, please email [1][LGA request email] quoting Case
