Dear Rural Payments Agency,
I have looked on your website and I understand I can make a request
for all data that you hold on me as a ‘Subject Access Request’.
Before I decide to venture into this process, can you please answer
the following questions under Freedom of Information.
1. you require a cheque for £10 made payable to the Rural Payments
Agency. Can you tell me why I need to pay for my own data?
2. Where or what is this money used for? I hope it does not line
the pockets of the fat cats in your agency or is used to fund your
Christmas parties.
3. how long will it take for me to receive my information and can I
receive it electronically?
Yours faithfully,
Luke Stag
