Charge for reinstatement on the register

Dear Sir or Madam,

I understand that if a name is removed from the register for
failing to pay the retention fee the prescribed period,
reinstatement carries an additional fee of £86.00.

Please provide me with:

1. a copy of the dated board minute that shows the "prescribed
period" for payment under the Architects Act section 8, and

2. a copy of the dated board minute that shows this amount of
£86.00 as being the "further prescribed fee" under the same section
of the Act.

An extract from the relevant minutes will suffice.
