Changing signatures

jon made this Freedom of Information request to British Broadcasting Corporation

British Broadcasting Corporation did not have the information requested.

From: jon

15 March 2009

Dear Sir or Madam,

Could you please explain how the supposed signatures of your
employees seem to dramatically change from time to time, as
documented here
http://www.bbctvlicence.com/TVL-BBC%20hi....
I understand that "TV licensing" is a trading name used by the
agents contracted by the licensing authority ( the BBC).
The evidence would indicate that the signatures/authors are
fictional, and the letters are computer generated.

Yours faithfully,

jon: of the hallam family

Dear FOI Enquiries,
You have claimed that the reason for using fake signatures is "to
prevent fraud", it is my understanding that using fake signatures
IS FRAUD. I am not at all surprised by this as I have not one iota
of respect for a corporation that uses the "no advertising" excuse
for a stealth tax on the people of the United Kingdom.

Yours sincerely,

jon

I have seen you letter to the BBC.

I like your style.

I had a TV Licence man knocking on my door.

The Direct Debit was cancelled 3 months ago.

He said he will help me to set up the Direct Debit.

He asked about what make of TV do I have, I just gave him a blank
expression.

He asked if I was employed, I said I don't think it is reverent to TVLA.

He took my bank information to set-up the Direct Debit, but he did not
have a Direct Debit mandate form, I am now very suspious.

I will report this and verify to TVLA.
