Dear Ms Morris,
I refer to your request for information, which was received on 21st
October, 2011 and has been dealt with under the Freedom of Information
Act 2000.
The specific information you requested was as follows:
"Could you please supply any documents from your Education Department
pertaining to considerations, recommendations or proposals to change the
level of English or Welsh-medium provision in any secondary schools in
Carmarthenshire."
In response, the information you require is contained within two
documents. The first is attached above.

Under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act, a public authority
is not obliged to provide information which is already reasonably
accessible to the applicant, which in the case the information requested
by you, is via a website, as explained above.
