Dear North Warwickshire Borough Council,
I have heard rumours that there is to be a change of use for two
house on Birmingham Road, Water Orton, specifically numbers 52a and
52b to Class C3. Can you please confirm whether this facility is to
house recovering drug addicts and/or people with mental health
issues, or whether it is to be a halfway house for prisoners on
parole.
