I would like to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act
(FOI).

1. What documents are available, and is it possible to be sent
copies of these documents regarding the change of name from
Scottish Executive to Scottish Government?

2. Who authorised the name change?

3. How much was spent on the re-branding, and the subsequent new
signage, letterheads etc?
