I am writing to request an internal review of Kirklees Borough
Council's handling of my FOI request 'Change of Council Tax
Banding'.
The information is not available on the linked address you
supplied, the dates mentioned on the linked website is the date the
house got re-banded back to, we require the date the house was
actually re-banded
