is to be used for and who controls the data collected and is this
vehicle fully endorsed by wirral borough council and Merseyside
police?

Good Morning
Thank you for your recent request for information shown below. Please see
the attached code of practice which covers the operational use of the CCTV
vehicle in question. The use of the vehicle is in place with the full
support of the Local Authority. You would have to contact Merseyside
Police for any recorded information they hold with regard to the use of
the CCTV vehicle at Wirral and their endorsement.
All Police Forces are subject to the requirements of The Freedom of
Information Act 2000.

Wirral community patrol have a cctv vehicle in current use driving around the wirral.
