Can you tell me through the Freedom of Information Act how many
Judges/Sheriffs/ magistrates in Scotland have or have had
certificates of participation?

The last two years is all im looking for.

Dear Mr Ovens

I refer to your recent FOI request and write to seek clarification.

Unfortunately the term 'certificate of participation' is not one which
is known to the Scottish Court Service. Can you therefore provide
information as to the purpose of the certificate and who the providers
would be? This will then assist us in approaching the correct
Directorate within the Scottish Court Service to provide the
information.

often employed when a municipal government or other government
entity creates a bond issue.
