Dear Harrow Borough Council,

Please provide a copy of the standard instructions, guidance,
manual, requirements or procedures relating to the uniform required
of Civil Enforcement Offices (Parking Attendant). In other words,
what uniform should a CEO/Parking Attendant be wearing in able to
be identified as such under s.76(3) of the Traffic Management Act
2004.
