Dear Mr. Harris,

Thank you for your email dated 22nd January, 2011. Your request for
information about the former CEO's salaries, perks and benefits for each
year since 1st September 2007 will be dealt with under the Freedom of
Information Act.

A full reply will be sent within 20 working days in accordance with
section 10(1) of the Act which states the time limit for compliance is the
twentieth working day 'following' the date of receipt.
