Thank you for your request for information.

Kent County Council holds no information about Dunstana Davies and a
search of the Council's financial database by vendor confirms that no
payments have been made to any one of this name at any address, or with a
similar name (i.e.: "D Davies") at addresses quoted in the article you
referred to in your request.

In addition, Mr Gilroy would like to state for the record that he did not
use this person to set up his business; he has never heard of this person
and has no idea who he or she is or what services he/she provides.

If you are unhappy with this response, and believe KCC has not complied
with legislation, please ask for a review by following our complaints

Thank you for your email. Please accept my apologies for the delay in
replying to you.

As I said in my previous email, Kent County Council does not hold any
information about Dunstana Davies, nor does it hold any information
about Peter Gilroy's own business affairs that he has conducted since he
left KCC's employment with KCC, so we are unable comment on the accuracy
of the information you obtained from Duport. In fact, the only
information KCC holds relating to "Peter Gilroy & Associates Ltd" is a
referral to this company on an update to Mr Gilroy's Declaration of
Interests for 2009, copy attached.

If you remain unhappy and believe that the KCC has breached the Freedom of
Information Act 2000, your next course of action should be to appeal to
the Information Commissioner, who oversees compliance with the Freedom of
Information Act 2000. Details of what you need to do, should you wish to
pursue this course of action, are available from the Information
