Dear Sir or Madam,

Recently every flat in Century Tower (on the Priory Estate) was
given a survey to ask what they would like the current funds raised
from the mast rental to be spent on.

I'd like to request copies of:

1) All completed forms & suggestions from residents regarding the
spending of this money

2) Minutes of any meetings, copies of any emails that relate to the
spending and suggested allocation of this money.

3) Detail of further consultation of residents that will happen
before this money is spent to find out which suggestion is
preferred.

4) The number of members on the local housing liaison board who are
currently living in Century Tower.

Yours faithfully,

Ben Whitehouse.

Dear Mr Whitehouse,

Freedom of Information Act 2000 *** Request for Information

Please find herewith the following:

1. All completed forms & suggestions from residents regarding the
spending of this money

We received 4 completed forms with suggestions as attached.

2. Minutes of any meetings, copies of any emails that relate to the
spending and suggested allocation of this money.

As attached.

3. Detail of further consultation of residents that will happen

After the quotes for the project proposals are obtained from the
Technical Officer - John Jones, the Housing Officer will then decide
which of these are feasible and those requests are then sent to
the District Housing Manager - Jane Cross for her authorisation.

After these are authorised by the DHM, the Housing Officer wiill
write to the residents of the block informing them of the decisions that
has been made and ask the tenants to inform the Housing
Officer of any concerns they may have regarding this project. The tenants
of the block are given 10 days to respond to this letter after
which if there is no issue or concern, the works will begin.

4. The number of members on the local housing liaison board who are
currently living in Century Tower.

There are currently no residents of Century Tower on the HLB.
