Dear Freedom of Information Officer,

I would like to request all and any records of instructions given
within since 23 December to BBC News staff regarding the reporting
of Scottish Labour Leader's Ian Gray's comments re Montenegro, for
clarity by records I mean any held information.

I would also like to request any held records relating to
complaints, guidelines and instructions relating to bias within BBC
Scotland since 1 January 2010. In the case of complaints, please
retract any personal information of the complainant in order to
comply with Section 38 as appropriate.

Lastly, I would like to request any information held regarding BBC
Scotland staff undertaking in training provided by the organisation
Common Purpose, of being 'graduates' or having any involvement with
the said organisation. With regard to this question, please include
any records held since January 2000.
