Dear Le Faye, Paul [NOMS],
I would like to request an internal review, for two reasons.
1. You have not actually responded to the correct FOI request. This
request relates to the number of Cell Fires in 2010/11.
2. I contest your unsubstantiated decision that it would be
unrealistic to contact each establishment's Governor or HR Business
Partner, to ascertain the substantive grade of their Fire Officer,
within 3.5 days.
