Please provide information on how the Assembly plans to celebrate
St George's Day in 2009.

Thank you for your email.
The Assembly currently does not have any plans to celebrate St George's
Day, although individual members of staff will be able to mark the
occasion if they wish.
Unless the Government decides to create an extra bank holiday it will be
business as usual for the Assembly.
