Dear Nottingham City Council,

I'd be grateful if your are able to provide copies of any service
level agreement or strategic and operational documents you have
with Nottinghamshire Police regarding CCTV with details of when
they were adopted and or brought into effect.

If any of these documents post date 2009 please provide any
previous agreement or policy that was in place dating back to
January 2008.

Please consider this request under the Freedom Of Information Act.

You are now beyond the legal timescale for response. Despite my
phone call to the office asking for an explanation and timescale
you have not replied.

Please provide specific reasons for the delay, what actions the
authority is taking to meet obligations under the FOI Act and a
date when I can expect to receive the full response to my request.
