to supply evidence that operator 'LH912' is SIA registered as
competent to operate camera 137 situated in Waterloo Road SE1.

Confirmation of same is not sufficient, I require specific details
please including an SIA licence number that can be verified.

Thank you for your Freedom of Information Act request received on 09 March
2009

Your request has been dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act
2000.

With reference to the Freedom of Information Act, you have asked if
operator "LH912"is SIA registered as competent to operate camera 137
situated in Waterloo Road SE1.

In response to your request, I can confirm that all CCTV operators
including LH912 have been fully trained under the recognised BTEC
qualification TAV-COM, thus making them qualified to operate enforcement
cameras within the Borough. As to being SIA Registered at the present time
Lambeth Civil Enforcement Officers are not required to be registered.
