Dear Ellen
Thank you for your email, I apologise for my delay in responding to you.
I'm very sorry, but we don't have a time scale for the length of time stores keep their CCTV for.
They will each keep it for as long as they can depending on the amount of space they have to keep it in.
Unfortunately we do not allow members of the public to view our CCTV footage, but if you have a need for it (for example if you had an accident in store or were stolen from) then the police will be able to request access to the relevant footage via a data release form.
