Dear Mr Rebellato

With reference to your request for CCTV footage on the 13th September 20011, between 19:00 - 19:15 hrs of the northbound lane of Fulham Palace Road between Kenyon Street and Niton Street. This Council does not have a CCTV camera at this location. There is a Transport for London CCTV camera at the junction with Lysia Street and TfL do not generally record CCTV images.

I would like to see cctv footage of a car accident that happened as
follows:

Date: 13th September 2011
Time: Between 1900 and 1915
Where: On northbound lane of Fulham Palace Road between Kenyon Street and
Niton Street

Vehicles: Silver VW Caddy moving from left hand lane in to right hand lane
and a dark grey Vauxhall Meriva hitting the VW.

The Council does not have a CCTV camera at this location. There is a
Transport for London CCTV camera at the junction with Lysia Street and TfL
do not generally record CCTV images.
