Thank you for your request for information that was received on 20^th
November 2009 in which you requested:
I was involved in a car accident on 03 November 2009 at 17:45 the junction
of A302 (Elephant and Castle Roundabout)and London Road(A201). A dark
colour Ford SUV Limousine 6-9 meter long has scratched my car (Blue Skoda
Fabia) while turning in roundabout. I was in inside lane and Limo has
scratched Rear Far side of the car with it is middle section as driver
could not keep the vehicle within lane and middle of the car moved out of
lane and scratched my car while I was stationary in the traffic. The
driver of Ford SUV Limo accepted the liability and later changed accused
me of being liable for damage.

May I have your access to see the CCTV footage? Please help on this

Thank you for your request to access CCTV images.

We are sorry to hear that you were involved in a road traffic collision on
03/11/09 and hope that you are well.

Unfortunately, the London Borough of Southwark's camera network does cover
the junction of London Road with the Elephant & Castle roundabout. There
is therefore no footage to be viewed.
