Dear Ms Mignott-Brock

Thank you for recent e-mail requesting CCTV footage of your journey on a
route 149 bus on 1 September 2010.

CCTV cameras on buses are the responsibility of the bus operator. Route
149 is operated on our behalf by Arriva. Under the Data Protection Act
1998, you may be entitled to footage in which you appear. Consequently,
your request for CCTV footage should be submitted to Arriva. Their details
are:

16 Watsons Road

Wood Green

London

N22 7TZ

I have asked Arriva to retain any footage that may be available pending
your request. However, you should be aware that there may no longer be any
recordings available. The length of time that footage from bus CCTV
cameras is retained is currently dependent on the size of the hard drive
fitted to the bus. Typically data would begin to be overwritten after
seven to ten days.

Thanks again for taking the time to contact us. If I can be of any further
assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Yours sincerely

Gavin Clark
