Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to make a request under the terms of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 regarding information that Kirklees Borough
Council may hold relating to Penalty Charge Notices issued using
the Council's CCTV parking enforcement vehicle.
For the period from the introduction of the vehicle in May 2011 to
the end of 2011, please provide the following details for each of
the Penalty Charge Notices issued:
1. The date/time of the contravention
2. The type of contravention
3. The location
4. The status of the PCN (paid, unpaid, cancelled, pending appeal
etc)
My preferred format to receive this information is by electronic
means and ideally in a format such as CSV or similar.
I understand that under Section 16 of the Act public authorities
have a duty to provide advice and assistance to requesters and so
if it is necessary to clarify any details of my request or you find
this request to be unmanageable please contact me.

Please find attached 2 extract from the Council’s Parking System.
I have been advised that the data requested is not in your preferred
format as the Council does not hold it in that manner.
The report titled “Contravention” describes date / time of issue of PCN,
type of contravention & location.
The report titled “Status” describes status of PCN.
From 20/05/11 to 05/01/12 there have been 2719 PCN’s issued by this
method.
