Dear Sir or Madam,
The Council declares itself to be in compliance with the ICO CCTV
Code of Practice. Can you therefore please provide the following
information :
"... the date of the disclosure along with details of who the
images have been provided to (the name of the person and the
organisation they represent) and why they are
required ..." for each camera under the Council's control, by year.
(ICO CCTV Code of Practice Section 8.2)
and :
Do you keep "... a log of the [Subject Access] requests received
and how they were dealt with ..." ?
(ICO CCTV Code of Practice Section 9.2)
Yours faithfully,
D. Ellis.

Dear Mr Ellis,
Further to your email below, it seems you are repeating the questions
previously asked and seeking clarification on our response that the
Information was not held.
For clarification, I personally, on behalf of the authority, hold a list
and keep manual records of all Data Subject Access requests made in to the
Authority. Over the last three years of me holding this information there
have never been any DSA requests for CCTV images, therefore this
information is not held. This has been confirmed by the people in the CCTV
operating room.
I hope this has provided the clarification you sought. If I can be of any
further assistance, please let me know.
