the Vehicle Certification Agency (VCA) in relation to all CCTV
cameras used for the issue of Penalty Charge Notices by the council
(normally by way of enforcement of bus lane and/or parking and/or
moving traffic violations) .

I am writing to request an internal review of Newham Borough
Council's handling of my FOI request 'CCTV certification'.
I have asked to see all certificates given to your council by the
Vehicle Certification Agency (VCA) in relation to all CCTV cameras
used for the issue of Penalty Charge Notices by the council
(normally by way of enforcement of bus lane and/or parking and/or
moving traffic violations).
You have sent me copies of three certificates. I believe there are
more. If there are no more, please confirm same.
