Dear human,
These questions are in relation to the article published by Wirral
Globe on 30th June, 2009.
The newspaper, Wirral Globe reports the following:
"Wirral’s cabinet member for Streetscene and transport services
Councillor Jean Quinn emailed the paper this morning to say:
"Wirral tax payers do not pay for the Smart CCTV car."
My questions are:
1. Who pays for the Smart CCTV car?
2. Who pays for its operation costs?
Yours faithfully,
Noncor Poratez
