Dear Information Governance,

Thank you for your response. As I do not know precisely which
strategic documents the council holds, I am unable to be as
specific as you may wish.

I would like documents relating to:

- Matters taken into consideration when considering rolling out
CCTV programmes
- The council's assessment of the effectiveness of cameras with
"new technology" such as microphones and speakers in the prevention
and deterrence of crime. Whether the council has any further plans
to roll out such cameras.

These documents need only be current, not over the previous years
as requested for the remainder of the material.

Yours sincerely,

Iain Lane

An agenda for the meeting is available here:

Members of the public are welcome to attend and in some cases speak and ask questions. If you are interested, I suggest you talk to the Scrutiny Team - phone the council switch board 915 5555 and ask for Scrutiny.

I'm a councillor member of the committee and can be contacted by email - alex.foster@nottinghamcity.gov.uk
