Unfortunately the Authority does not hold any detailed information in
respect of your question as the operational management of these kinds of
issues are the responsibility of the Chief Constable of Merseyside Police.

As you may know, the Chief Constable is a separate authority and under the
Act and responsible for matters pertaining to the Force on this issue. For
