Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
I am requesting CCTV footage of Normanton Road Jobcentre which is
my signing office, as I received a letter from Field Fisher
Waterhouse solicitors stating that on the 12-3-10 I went there and
was verbally abusive and racist towards a staff member.
I have proof that I wasn't even there on the day this was supposen
to have taken place and have been in touch with Ombudsman they have
advised me on what to do. The jobcentre also had me arrested 2mths
previous for threatening staff with a armed weapon. I have no
criminal record and have never been in any trouble with the police.
I am therefore considering taking all this to court for the
following.....Harrassment, Lying to police (which I have tape),
Unfairly treated and Verbal abuse as in being told "dont want to
know, just go". I am disabled and all of this is not helping my
disability.
