Nicholas Taylor left an annotation (10 May 2010)

Whilst Trust OnLine do offer a service that will show how many CCJ's are against Newcastle upon Tyne City Council, it does not show who the claimant was.

Direct from trustonline site:

"Please note, the search results do not contain any details of the claimant. This information is available, to the defendant, from the relevant county court."

Part of the initial request was "Who" the claimants were.

Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (c. 36) is not relevant to this part of the request.
