A recent question from Michael Weir MP elicited from the MoD the
number of fires in submarines and the location. Please may I know
what were the causes of each of the fires and what actions were
taken to prevent a repetition of such events?

I regret that I have have received no response whatever to my
request under the FOI Act in respect of fires aboard nuclear
submarines.
