We employ 43 catering/hospitality staff.

2. Do you employ your own cleaning / facilities staff, or do you contract it out? (By facilities staff I mean cleaners, maintenance, porters etc.)

Cleaning, caretaking and waste management services are contracted out. We employ other facilities staff.
