1. How many catering / hospitality staff do you employ?

2. Do you employ your own cleaning / facilities staff, or do you
contract it out? (By facilities staff I mean cleaners, maintenance,
porters etc.)

3. How many cleaning / facilities staff do you employ or who do you
contract it out to?

4. When is that contract up for renewal?

5. What recruitment agencies do you use for catering / facilities /
cleaning staff?

6. What was your spend with each of those agencies in the last 12
months?

7. What is your budget / anticipated spend for the next 12 months?

8. What job titles have you used agency staff for in the past 12
months?

9. What hourly rates are you charged for each of these categories
of staff?

10. Are bookings for agency staff made by a central department or
individual departments / managers?

11. If bookings are made centrally, please can you confirm the
telephone number, email address and postal address of the person
responsible?

12. What was your total spend on agency staff in the past 12
months?
