Dear Indi,
In response to your Freedom of Information request below, the catering
contractors used by the Hillingdon Hospital NHS Trust are:
Sodexo Healthcare - on both the Hillingdon Hospital and Mount Vernon
Hospital sites.
Compass Group - Cafe Ritazza at Hillingdon Hospital
Avenance - Coffee Shop at the Mount Vernon Treatment Centre.
If this information does not address your requirements or you wish to
complain about any aspect of the handling of this request then you
should contact the undersigned in the first instance. All complaints
will be dealt with in accordance with the Local Resolution Stage of the
Trust’s Complaints Policy and Complaints Procedure (details in the
Trust’s Publication Scheme). Should you still be dissatisfied then you
may apply for an internal review by contacting the Assistant Director,
Governance.
If you remain unhappy you may take your complaint to the Information
Commissioner under the provisions of Section 50 of the Freedom of
Information Act. Please note that the Information Commissioner will not
investigate the case until the internal review process has been
completed.
