Dear Freedom Of Information Team ( IND ),
Thank you for providing this information, however, you had already
provided me with sufficient information in your first reply to this
request. I have never asked for an internal review of this FOI
request, so I don't understand why you thought it necessary to
review a satisfactory reply?
I have, however, asked for an internal review on two of my other
requests, but I have not received a reply to date and several
months have passed since!
Yours sincerely,
Natasha

Dear Freedom Of Information Team ( IND ),
Thank you for your reply.
I don't have an interest in pursuing the other two FOI requests any
more, as with the lengthy passage of time needed to get a reply
and/or a review from your team, those requests became irrelevant to
me. It would be helpful to many people, I presume, if you were to
introduce adequate resources/policies so as to speed up your FOI
replies and reviews.
Yours sincerely,
Natasha

My name is Cyrus Ashori was born on the 1st August 1974. I am an Iranian national.
I have arrived in the UK on the 18th September 2004 and was arrested on arrival as a suspected immigration offender. I claimed asylum in the name of Cyrus Ashori. On the 22 October 2004 the application was refused. On the 1st February 2005, an Adjudicator dismissed this appeal having found me incredible. By the 7 April my appeal were exhausted. From the 26 September 2006, until the 29 February 2008, I was detained under immigration powers.
On the 10 November 2006 notice of decision to make a deportation order was served upon me. I withdrew my appeal and by the 19 January 2007 my appeal rights were exhausted.
On the 22 January 2007 my requested an interview with the Iranian Embassy.
On the 16 February 2007, I was interviewed by the Embassy and the Home Office was told that the Embassy did not accept that, I was an Iranian national.
The Embassy had and continues to reject me to be an Iranian national. Home office documents have noted that it may be possible to apply to Iran for identity document, but there is an indefinite waiting period.
On the 23 may 2007, Emmanuel solicitors wrote to the Iranian Embassy for the address of the department to write to in Iran. He wrote again on the 18 June 2007. I wrote to the Embassy on the 14 September 2007, also to my university in Iran on the 20 August 2007 to try and get university documents.
There is no realistic prospect of removal.
On 31 November 2009, I have interview with Immigration officer in Reliance House in Liverpool for case Resolution Directorate but still I did not hear anything from them at this time.
I am writing to ask, I done everything to make emergency Travel document to back to Iran and that Tangible effort, I being made for myself to return to Iran all proved abortive due to no fault of me.
Now, only my request is deal to my case as soon as possible because I am very sick and I am not interesting to continue this life.
Yours Sincerely,
Cyrus Ashori.
