Dear Sir or Madam,
In my previous request I was informed that application for Further
Leave to Remain are being dealt with in line with other cases.
1) Why are applications for Further Leave to Remain after the
expiry of Discretionary Leave and dealt with by Case Resolution
Directorate being dealt in line with other cases such as those who
have been refused, spent all appeal avenues and absconded from
immigration authorities?
2) Are the applications for Further Leave to Remain prioritised and
are the applicants being informed when their case comes up for a
decison?
G Alia
