Dear Sir or Madam,
May you please provide me with information regarding the
granting/refusal of indefinite leave to enter/remain under the Case
Resolution Exercise. May you please provide me with factors that
may lead to the granting or refusal of ILE/R.
May you provide me with maximum time required for a case worker to
bring a case to conclusion, from the time the asylum seeker submits
the questionnaire.
Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Yours faithfully,
Dylan Powell
