Car park expenditure

Dear Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust,

According to your records you have spent £929,989, £1,191,302 and
£1,206,069 on car parking facilities in the previous three
financial years. I am requesting the following information:

1. What has that money been spent on in each of the years? Please
break down the expenditure in as much detail as you can provide.

2. What companies have been contracted to provide maintenance,
monitoring, improvements or other services related to the parking
facilities? Please detail which services are provided by which
companies.

3. What is the tendering process for obtaining those contracts?

I would be interested in any information held by your organisation
regarding my request. I understand that I do not have to specify
particular files or documents and that it is the department's
responsibility to provide the information I require.

I would like to receive the information on a spreadsheet or CSV
format.

If my request is denied in whole or in part, I ask that you justify
all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the act. I
will also expect you to release all non-exempt material.

I would be grateful if you could confirm in writing that you have
received this request. I look forward to your response within 20
working days, as outlined by the statute.
