Act (below). I can confirm that Canterbury Council has two premises
licensed under the Pet Animals Act 1951 to sell cats, and no premises
licensed to sell dogs

If you are unhappy with the way your enquiry has been dealt with, you may
ask for an internal review through the council's `comments and complaints
