Dear Mr Williams,

I refer to your recent request for information under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 as set out below:

Could you provide information on how many cannabis farms were found
within your jurisdiction for the past 5yrs. from 01/01/05 to
01/01/10

In accordance with section 1(1) (b) of the Act our response is provided
below:

Information relating to cannabis farm discoveries from 2004 to 2008 has
been disclosed previously. This information is reasonably accessible to you
by other means and is therefore exempt information in accordance with
section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. please see the
disclosure log on our web site:

The figures for 2009 are as follows;

17 for 2009 up to 01/01/10.

If I can be of any further assistance in this matter, please do not
