Dear Mid Essex Hospital Services NHS Trust,
Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to know how many
operations have been cancelled each week by youselves over the past
two years. Can you give a breakdown of reasons why these operations
were cancelled (e.g. 25 per cent for cancellations, 20 per cent for
miscellaneous reasons etc)?
