Council under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act. You asked

Please could you advise as to when SLDC first became aware that the
proposed Canal Head development was going to incorporate a new bridge
off New Road.

South Lakeland District Council first became aware that the proposed Canal
Head development was going to incorporate a new bridge over the river Kent
during January 2010.

If you have any queries, concerns or if you are dissatisfied with the
