I apologize if my request for clarification was unclear please let
me clarify for you exactly what I mean.
Could you please clarify who you represent is it Her Majesty Queen
Elizabeth the 2nd. The Woman who swore an oath to uphold gods law
and the common law during the coronation ceremony in which she took
the thrown of the United Kingdom?
Or do you represent HER MAJERSTY IN RIGHT OF ENGLAND The Sovereign
independent nation of the inner city of London The Crown
Corporation?
Also known as, THE CORPORATION OF LONDON, THE CITY OF LONDON
CORPORATION.
As I am sure you are aware that the capital letters mealy
distinguish the artificial person. from a Man or Woman. The term
artificial person as defined in black’s law dictionary 9th edition
is An entity, such as a corporation, created by law and given
certain legal rights and duties of a human being; a being, real or
imaginary, who for the purpose of legal reasoning is treated more
or less as a human being .• An entity is a person for purposes of
the Due Process and Equal Protection Clauses but is not a citizen
for purposes of the Privileges and Immunities Clauses in Article IV
§ 2 and in the Fourteenth Amendment - Also termed fictitious
person; juristic person; juridical person; legal person; moral
person. Cf. LEGAL ENTITY. [Cases: Corporations
I hope this explains what it is I am asking you to clarify under
the freedom of information act
I simply wish to know if you represent Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth
the 2nd?

My goodness. It is now some 54 days since this very simple question was put, yet no response has been proffered.

It will therefore be assumed that the CPS is indeed acting at the behest of the Crown Corporation of London and as such explains why the aggressions against the peoples of these islands relentlessly continue.

In absence of a reply it should be also concluded that there is not a lawfully binding contract between the people and this corporate entity.

Unless of course a reply from the CPS affirms that they are acting for Queen Elizabeth II of the House of Windsor.

Tick tock, tick tock.

I can confirm for those of you that are interested in who the CPS are commanded by and it, by their own admission IS NOT QUEEN ELIZABETH II.

Some of you will recall the contents of the affidavit submitted to HRH Queen ELizabeth II by John Harris as well as the equital of the character known as Maud Dib on the basis of the oath sworn.

I now have it confirmed by an officer of the CPS that they are controlled by "The State". Thus given that the "state" can be evidenced to be working at the behest of the dominant corporations and finance houses by the actions of government (austerity). We can conclude that it is indeed the Crown Corporation and others that are behind the transgressions of Tort that many hundreds and thousands of our people are being subjected to.
