Dear Thomas, Sarah 9802,thank you for your reply. Although I note
it is exactly the same as the reply I got for another FOI ~ Freedom
Of Information request.
Again I got the words "This is to inform you that I cannot identify
any specific records / documents that will satisfy your request
based on the details you have provided." May I ask what details
could enable you to provide the details of my request? And why my
request is NOT sent without further ado to the relavant department
of Surrey Police Authority?

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUEST REFERENCE NO: 165-11-544
 
I write in connection with your recent FOI request which was received on
the 28th September 2011.  I note you are seeking access to the following
information:
 
can you assist a public corporation to force entry into the residential
property of a disabled person without a warrant or consent?
 
Your request will now be considered in accordance with the Freedom of
Information Act 2000. You will receive a response within the statutory
timescales of 20 working days as defined by the Act, subject to the
information not being exempt or containing a reference  to a third party.
In some circumstances Surrey Police may be unable to achieve this
deadline. If this is likely you will be informed and given a revised
time-scale at the earliest opportunity.
 
There may be a fee payable for the retrieval, collation and provision of
the information you request. If this is the case you will be informed and
the 20 working day timescale will be suspended until we receive payment
from you. If you choose not to make payment then your request will remain
unanswered.
 
Some requests may also require either full or partial transference to
another public authority in order to answer your query in the fullest
possible way. Again, you will be informed if this is the case.
