Dear Home Office,
I would like to know, hypothetically of course, being a resident in
the UK, if I have been summonsed/invited for a criminal offense
such as genocide, to appear in the high court by a particular
person or group from outside of the UK, could I have that person or
persons deported, so as to not have to appear in court ?
If so, under what grounds or conditions, am I allowed to do so ?
If not, then why not?
Alternatively, if this is not the correct department, please direct
me to the correct one. Thank you.
Yours faithfully,
Lee Edwardes

Dear FOI Requests,
in response, can you release information as to why and how
Canadian Rev. Kevin Annett (this Kevin Annett
https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/e...),
was arrested, jailed, deported and barred from re-entering the UK
on the day of his arrival, as he hadn't even committed any kind of
crime what-so-ever?
Can you confirm or deny this please? Thank you.
Yours sincerely,
lee edwardes
