Dear Sir or Madam,
Please can you tell me who can give permission for a "looked after"
child from your authority to go on a residential school trip?
Specifically can foster carers sign consent forms allowing "looked
after children" from your authority to go on residential trips? Can
they do this without referring to social workers and others
responsible for their well being?
Please can I see your policy documents relating to my queries?
Many thanks.
Yours faithfully,
Anne Jago
