Dear Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency,
Recently two camera like devices were installed on a lamp post
outside 85 Windmill Street, Gravesend, Kent, DA121BN. They look
down at the road, looking in either direction.
Please provide information which explains the purpose of the
devices and who operates them.
I have made a request to Kent County Council and they deny any
knowledge of them.
