Dear Hilary Pook,
Thank you for your reply.
So that I can get a clear picture of the situation, I would be
grateful if you to give me a break down of the races/racial origins
of the complainants whose complaints resulted in:
1. Local settlement
2. NM
3. OD
4. OJ
Please may I ask you to give me a break for for each of the above
categories.
Please may I also ask you to confirm the number of complainants
from each of the above categories who proceeded to appeal/complain
against the decision of the ombudsman.
How many of the appeals/complaints against the ombudsman's decision
were upheld?
Yours sincerely,
Theresa Ezekpo
